(дополнительные).#13#10 #13#10ГРУППИРОВКА ОСНОВНАЯ#13#10 В отчете имеется возможность создания до 3-х уровней группировки.#13#10 Группировка осуществляется по комбинируемым параметрам:#13#10 - Гостиница#13#10 - Корпус#13#10 - Организация-заказчик#13#10 - Организация-собственник#13#10 - Vip-код гостя#13#10 - Сегмент рынка#13#10 - Состояние проживания#13#10 - Дата заезда#13#10 - Номер комнаты#13#10 - Поселение#13#10 - Фамилия гостя#13#10 - Город прописки#13#10 - Бронь#13#10 - Пользовательское поле#13#10 - Тип поселения#13#10 - Возрастная категория#13#10 - Рассылка#13#10 - Количество заездов (учитываются только реальные заезды, брони не учитываются)#13#10 - Тип тарифа#13#10 - Гражданство#13#10#13#10 При выборе группировки по типу тарифа автоматически выставляется флаг \"Показать переезды (заезд в каждый номер, а не заезд в отель)\".#13#10#13#10 Если не выставлена галочка \"сортировка в обратном порядке\" (для каждой группы своя), то сортировка в группе осуществляется от меньшего к большему, в противном случае - наоборот: от большего к меньшему.#13#10 При выводе условий фильтра на экран и в отчет порядок сортировки в группе обозначается стрелками: \"↑\" - от меньшего к большему, \"↓\" - от большего к меньшему.#13#10 #13#10ОСОБЕННОСТИ СПИСКОВ#13#10 Если в списке отмечены все записи списка или ни одной, то фильтр по этому списку осуществляться не будет.#13#10 Исключением будет являться список, где отмечены все записи списка, но сам список тоже отфильтрован, к примеру \"все не удалённые записи\", такой список будет участвовать в фильтре.#13#10 Как работает фильтр по спискам легко понять по строке визуализации фильтра при изменении значений фильтра.#13#10#13#10ЧТО ОЗНАЧАЕТ ОДНА ЗАПИСЬ (ПОНИМАНИЕ РАЗРЕЗА)#13#10 1 запись включает набор информации о Госте и набор информации о заселении (поселении), к которому относится гость. Т.о. если в поселении более 1 гостя, то информация о поселениях будет дублироваться в каждой записи гостя данного поселения. #13#10 Если были переселения, то всегда будет отображён номер, в котором гость проживает сейчас или проживал по окончании перед выездом. Узнать о переселениях можно в колонке Номер, к примеру \"10 (из 15,13)\" - означает, что гость вначале был заселён в 15-й, потом переселён в 13-й, и далее уже в 15-й, где проживал, или проживает сейчас.#13#10#13#10ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФИЛЬТРА#13#10 I. Обязательные фильтры: Тип проживания#13#10 a. проживающие сейчас: Проживающие на текущий момент, определяется по дате смены, которая соответственно должна совпадать с текущей датой.#13#10 b. проживающие за день: Считались «проживающими» за указанный день по дате. Время дня не задаётся. Проживающими за указанный день считаются поселения, что в этот день не выезжают из отеля, т.о. включаются: проживающие, заселённые в этот день и однодневные.#13#10 c. проживающие в период: Считались «проживающими» относительно указанного периода, не зависимо от того, когда гость «прибыл-выбыл»: в рамках или вне рамок периода. Если дата периода равна текущей, то это реально проживающие гости. Если дата периода выше, то это те гости, которые должны проживать на основании указанного периода выбранные из всех проживающих сейчас.#13#10 d. прибывающие: Считались, что должны были прибыть, на основании указанного периода, но так и не прибыли. Если указанный период выше-равен текущей даты, то гости должны реально прибыть на основании указанного периода.#13#10 e. прибывшие: Считались прибывшими (заселившимися) в указанный период. Если период равен текущей дате, то это прибывшие (заселившиеся) сегодня.#13#10 f. выбывающие: Считались теми, кто должен был выбыть на основании указанного периода. Если период равен текущей дате, то это те гости, что должны выбыть сегодня, но ещё проживают. Если период ниже текущей даты, то это выбывшие гости.#13#10 g. выбывшие: Выбывшие гости за указанный период. Даты периода нет смысла задавать выше текущей даты.#13#10 II. Необязательные фильтры:#13#10 1. Оплаты - задает критерии типов оплат для поселения.#13#10 2. Фильтр по типам тарифов или типов оплат это проживающие гости по какому-либо тарифу или оплате, т.е. то, что задаётся в карточке поселения.#13#10 В первом списке находятся активные тарифы. Во втором - неактивные. В третьем - удаленные.#13#10 Если флаг \"Активные\" не установлен, то в отчет не попадут поселения (и брони) с активными на данный момент типами тарифов.#13#10 Если флаг \"Неактивные\" не установлен, то в отчет не попадут поселения (и брони) с неактивными на данный момент типами тарифов.#13#10 Если флаг \"Удаленные\" не установлен, то в отчет не попадут поселения (и брони) с удаленными типами тарифов.#13#10 Если не установлены все перечисленные флаги, то в отчет попадут все тарифы.#13#10 Если флаг для определенной группы тарифов (\"Активные\",\"Неактивные\",\"Удаленные\") установлен, но при этом в списке тарифов группы не выбрано ни одного пункта, то считается что выбраны все тарифы данной группы.#13#10 3. Типы документов - задает критерии выборки гостей с указанными документами в карточке гостя.#13#10 4. Сегменты рынка - критерии выборки для сегментов рынка поселения, указанных в карточке индивидуального бронирования. #13#10 5. Гостиницы - выбор гостиницы поселения гостя.#13#10 6. Юридические лица - фильтр по критерию указанному в карточке бронирования \"Гостиница/Юр. лицо\"#13#10 7. Категории стран - фильтр по категории страны проживания гостя.#13#10 8. Возраст гостя - фильтр для указания возвратной категории гостей.#13#10 9. Фильтр по организациям работает относительно тех организаций, которые задаются в карточке поселения, их три: #13#10 a. Заказчик#13#10 b. Агент#13#10 c. Плательщик#13#10 Фильтр происходит относительно выбранного типа организации для соответствующих поселений.#13#10 10. Фильтр дополнительный задает выборку по:#13#10 a. Количеству заездов гостя, за выбранный период \"от\" и \"до\" (учитываются только реальные заезды, брони не учитываются)#13#10 При выборе данного фильтра, рекомендуется сделать 1-ю или 2-ю группировку по количеству заездов, а основную - по фамилии гостя#13#10 b. Первым символам в Фамилии гостя #13#10 c. Только гости отмеченные для рассылки - выбирает гостей у которых в карточке гостя стоит галочка SMS или Email-рассылка.#13#10 11. Пользовательское поле - устанавливает критерии выборки по условию заданному в пользовательском поле карточки бронирования(поселения).#13#10 12 VIP-коды - фильтрация гостей по VIP-коду указанному в карточке гостя.#13#10 Фильтры задаются при условии что сам выбранный фильтр помечен галочкой, если критерии фильтра заданы а фильтр не отмечен#13#10 фильтрация не применяется.#13#10 Если нужно выбрать все записи у которых есть организация-заказчик, то нужно поставить все галочки, кроме галочки \"не определено\". #13#10 Если нужно выбрать все записи у которых нет организации-заказчика, то нужно поставить только галочку \"не определено\" для организации - заказчик. #13#10 По такой аналогии работают все фильтры(списки).#13#10 К необязательным фильтрам можно отнести фильтры на вкладке тест#13#10 которые задают критерии:#13#10 -Количества записей отчета.#13#10 -Номера выбираемых комнат#13#10 -Только те, что имели переселения#13#10 -Показать переезды (заезд в каждый номер, а не заезд в отель) #13#10#13#10ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОТОБРАЖЕНИЯ В КОЛОНКАХ#13#10 \"Номер\" - отображается также история номеров \"из\", \"в\", которые пережал гость, поселение#13#10 \"ФИО\" - Фамилия Имя Отчество гостя.#13#10 \"Гостей в поселении\" - отображает количество гостей для поселения, распределённое по категориям. Т.к. у поселения может быть не один гость, то информация о кол-ве может повториться в госте, который проживает в том же поселении, т.е. иметь дубляж. #13#10 Т.о. если сгруппировать по поселению, и в нём будет не один гость, то можно увидеть дубляж информации в колонке \"Гостей\". Именно по причине дубляжа может показаться, что суммарный подсчёт количества неверен. #13#10 Категории гостей представлены так: верхний ряд - основные места, нижний - дополнительные. По столбцам деление такое: 1 - взрослые, 2 - дети, 3 - младенцы, 4 - все остальные.#13#10 Если гость основной, то текст черный, для остальных он серый.#13#10 Колонка №3 регулируемая (тип номера или состояние проживания, или путёвка)#13#10 - для путёвок будут отображаться серия и номер путевки, прикрепленной к данному гостю. Графа Путевка заполняется, если используется механизм регистрации путевок (scmVoucher.dll). Данная опция работает начиная с версии 1.10.10.705. #13#10 \"Тариф факт\" отображает в соответствии с настройкой (\"Колонка: тариф - Отображение типа тарифа / стоимости по тарифу\"):#13#10 - код тарифа#13#10 - Стоимость тарифа для гостя с учетом скидок за весь период проживания(для выехавших гостей) #13#10 и стоимость всех начисленных услуг по гостю в поселении.#13#10 \"Заезд-выезд гостя\" - отображает даты заезда и выезда в номер в формате \"dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm\".#13#10 \"Ночей\" - отображает 2 значения: полное кол-во ночей за период поселения гостя (это 2-е) и кол-во ночей поселения гостя в рамкам заданного периода дат по фильтру (1-е). 1-е не отображается если равно 2-му.#13#10 Если флаг «DayUse считать как 1 ночь» установлен, то однодневное размещение считается как одна ночь, иначе отображается ноль ночей. Но не зависимо от флага, все однодневные размещения имеют серый шрифт.#13#10 \"Тип оплаты\" - отображение типа оплат поселения указанный в карточке бронирования(поселения).#13#10 \"Дней опоздания\" – в данном поле отображается на сколько дней позже заехал гость, по сравнению с бронью. Данное поле актуально только для новой версии Shelter (Новое бронирование, новая шахматка…) #13#10#13#10#13#10ФИНАНСОВАЯ ЧАСТЬ#13#10Все суммы считаются для каждого гостя поселения (т.е. в разрезе гость-поселение).#13#10Если тот же гость проживал ранее в другом поселении, то это другая сумма для поселение-гость.#13#10Сумма для гостя поселения означает, что собрана вся сумма по услугам и платежам, в рамках проживания этого гостя-поселения. Если гость переезжал из номера в номер, то сумма будет отображена для последнего поселения (номера из которого гость выехал, завершив проживание).#13#10- Проживание - сумма всех автоматически начисленных услуг гостя по поселению(уже упавших на фолио) с учетом скидок и коррекций (услуги тариф-пакета+добавленные в авто-начисления).#13#10- Доп. услуги - услуги начисленные на фолио вручную. Считается как разность общей стоимости услуг - сумма автоматически начисленных услуг с учетом скидок.#13#10- Скидки - сумма всех скидок на фолио гостя за период проживания в поселении.#13#10- Сумма платежей - сумма всех платежей гостя в поселении за весь период проживания.#13#10- Платежей за период - сумма всех платежей гостя в поселении за выбранный период*.#13#10- Баланс - считается как разность общей суммы платежей - сумма услуг с учетом скидок по фолио поселения.#13#10 #13#10Отображение сумм в поле \"Платежей за период\" зависит от фильтра, указанного в блоке \"Денежные суммы\".Значение фильтра:#13#10Дата фильтра по периоду смен - суммы услуг и платежей отображаются за весь период поселения. Пример: гость проживает с 1-2 ноября. Гость вносил предоплату заранее 1 августа. Сумма платежей гостя отобразится при построении отчёта за период проживания гостя.#13#10* Дата фильтра по периоду совершения транзакций - новый алгоритм расчёта сумм, предполагающий отображение сумм у гостей в разрезе транзакций. Пример: гость проживает с 1-2 ноября. Гость вносил предоплату заранее 1 августа. Сумма платежей гостя не отобразится при построении отчёта за 1-2 ноября. #13#10Пример 2: Гость проживает с 1-10 ноября. Гость внес платеж 2 ноября. При построении отчёта за период включающий 2 ноября сумма платежей у гостя отобразится. Данный фильтр также учитывает время.#13#10#13#10Итоговые данные о типах платежей зависят только от даты транзакций. #13#10#13#10ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПАРАМЕТРЫ ОТОБРАЖЕНИЯ#13#10 -Показывать дополнительную информацию о госте - опция отображает телефон, тип гостя, категорию гостя, примечания для гостя и поселения.#13#10 -Показывать пожелания гостя.#13#10 -Отображать паспортные данные - опция отображает дополнительную запись о паспортных данных, адрес гостя#13#10#13#10* ГОСТИ ДЛЯ РАССЫЛКИ#13#10В отчёте реализована возможность группировки гостей, которым разрешена рассылка. При выборке анализируются установленные опции по sms и e-mail рассылке, расположенные в карточке гостя. #13#10Для отображения только тех гостей, у которых разрешена рассылка, необходимо включить опцию Фильтр дополнительный и опцию в нём Только гости, отмеченные для рассылки. #13#10Если установить одну опцию \"Только гости, отмеченные для рассылки\" - будут отображаться все гости по фильтру, а гости с рассылкой будут выделены группировкой по разрешению на рассылку. Информация о контактах рассылки будет отображена в Колонке №3 - будут отображены только те контакты по которым можно делать рассылку.#13#10Дополнительная информация:#13#10При установке опции Только гости, отмеченные для рассылки автоматически подготавливается вид листа для информации рассылки. Для этого меняется опция Колонки\\Контакты для рассылки и Группировка: Рассылка#13#10Колонки\\Контакты для рассылки - в колонку №3 будут отображаться контакты (телефон и\\или email) на которые гость дал согласие рассылки. Гости, у которых установлена sms и/ или sms рассылка отображаются списком. При этом если разрешена sms рассылка , то в столбце «Контакты» отображается телефон. #13#10Если разрешена email рассылка, то отображается именно email.
